The €40 fee is your booking deposit. The €40 booking deposit is per bracelet. Booking deposit will be taken off total price in store. Only one appointment is needed for both a single or double booking.

Chain and charm selection happens in store at the time of your appointment. Appointments take approximately 15 minutes.

Appointment booking fees are non-refundable.

Jewellery Care

Although our chains are of the highest quality, they can break like any piece of jewellery. The word 'permanent' refers to the fact that there is no clasp like ordinary jewellery where you can take it on and off, it is welded permanently on your wrist. However, like any piece of jewellery it can loosen or snap by pulling or catching on something.
