We ship all our orders from our Dublin base. For deliveries withinI reland,you can expect your new pieces to arrive in 1–3 working days via An Post. For our international customers,delivery typically takes up to7 working days via UPS,so you’re never waiting too long for your Lynott delivery.

It’s easy! On the product page of your chosen engravable piece, simply select the 'Fingerprint' option and use the upload button to attach a photo of your print. For the best results, we recommend using the Lynott Ink Pad on plain white paper. Just snap a clear, high-resolution photo in natural light—without shadows—and our team will handle the rest.

Each engravable piece is custom-made to order in our studio. Please allow 3–5 working days for our team to expertly craft your handwriting, fingerprint, or initial engraving before it is dispatched. You will receive a notification the moment your bespoke piece is on its way to you.

We want you to love your new jewellery!
Most items can be returned for a refund within30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and customisation reasons, earrings and personalised/engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
For all other items, simply mail them back to our Swords warehouse to start your return.
