Most items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and customisation reasons, earrings and personalised/engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.

For all other items, simply mail them back to our Swords warehouse to start your return.
