Role Overview
As a counter Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations, sales, and performance of our counter at BT Dundrum. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a 15+ team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across your area.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure store operates efficiently, comply with company policies, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Business Expansion: identifying opportunities to expand our business, including driving our wholesale division and securing new pop up locations
- Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience that reflects our brand values.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.
- Budget and Cost Management: Manage area budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth.
- Recruitment and Retention - creating and motivating strong teams across our locations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Arole responsible for more than 10+ employees
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing and leading multi-store retail operations.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales background with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
